Because it is the first time we are getting together I thought we would start casual, very casual, blue jeans and comfy shoes. Then we could work our way up to the elegant
Victorian Mansions of Georgia, (maybe in the fall). We wanted to make it as inexpensive as possible so everyone could come.
It seemed everyone was favoring a
Saturday so all of the working ladies could come too.

We will be meeting at
The owner, Karen, is so excited to have us come to her
quaint little restaurant on
the main street of Hoschton, GA.

Hoschton Fall Festival of Scarecrows ~ 5,441 to be exact!
(Karen has a great meeting area plus a roomy patio for us to spread out and possibly make a craft together.... hint hint, Dawn.....any ideas??)

There are loads of antique stores to shop in
and the food at Peckers is simply delicious.
Please take the time to shop a little visually at the
pics taken on my recent visit.
These are only two of the
seven or so shops in the immediate area.
Plus they are all having sales.

new friends!
